Information we collect
We collect the information you give us on forms:
- Name, phone number, and email address when you request more information about a trailer, sign up for a price drop alert, request a Synchrony application link, or contact us.
- Any message you include with the form.
We also receive basic technical information (browser type, pages visited, IP address) from our hosting provider. This is used only to operate and improve the site.
We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or full financing applications on this website. Financing partners handle their own applications.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries about trailers, parts, or service.
- To send you a price drop email if you signed up for a specific unit and we lower its price. Sold units do not send price drop alerts.
- To send you a Synchrony application link if you request one.
- To operate and improve the website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with:
- Our email service so we can send replies and price drop alerts.
- Our website host.
- A financing partner only when you choose to go to their site or when we forward a lead form you submitted.
- Authorities if required by law.
Financing applications on partner sites (Sheffield, C3, ClickLease, Synchrony, and others) are handled by those companies under their own privacy policies. We only receive the limited information you submit on our Synchrony request form.
Your choices
Contact us at sales@ttsnv.com or (775) 623-1062 if you want us to stop sending alerts or to delete your information from our records. We will keep what the law requires.
Nevada residents can also use that contact method to submit a request about the sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information.
